Highlights

The Warroad Point Park remains a community gathering place and a great place to see the open water of beautiful Lake of the Woods.

Public boat access, ample parking, fishing pier, and heated fish cleaning houses make Warroad Point Park a terrific home base for fishermen. The park also offers newly constructed playground equipment, picnic shelters, campground, and an outdoor swimming pool.

Nature viewing from Warroad Point Park's observation tower and drive-up nature viewing area offer a terrific opportunity for bird watching as the park is the first stop on the Pine to Prairie Birding Trail. Warroad’s paved walking/biking path begins at the park and weaves through the outskirts of town. Casino gaming, shopping, and lakeshore dining are within a block or two of the park.

Cool down during the dog days of summer on the wrap-around porch at the Trading Post at Warroad Point Park. Look out over the mouth of the Warroad River on Lake of the Woods as you enjoy an old fashioned ice cream cone or a quick meal from The Buoy Drive-In.
